TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Ankita School. By submitting an admission form or accessing any of our services (including physical visits, website browsing, or digital interactions), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1.  Admission to the school is subject to availability of seats, eligibility criteria, and successful completion of the admission process.
2.  All information provided in the admission form must be accurate and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission.
3.  Submission of the application form does not guarantee admission. Admission is granted solely at the discretion of the school management.
4.  Fees once paid are subject to our Refund Policy. Admission, registration, and processing fees are non-refundable.
5.  All students must follow the school’s code of conduct, dress code, and academic standards.
6.  The school reserves the right to modify its curriculum, policies, timetable, or calendar as deemed necessary.
7.  Parents are responsible for keeping their contact information updated and must communicate any changes promptly to the school office.
8.  Photographs or videos of students taken during school activities may be used for promotional or educational purposes, unless formally objected to in writing by the parent/guardian.
9.  The school shall not be held liable for any injury or loss that occurs due to events beyond its reasonable control.
10.  All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority in the school’s location.

11.  Students must attend classes regularly. A minimum attendance of 75% is required to be eligible for promotion to the next grade.
12.  All fees must be paid on or before the due date. Late payments may attract a fine or may result in suspension of services, including access to classes or report cards.
13.  The school is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought by the student.
14.  Use of mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or any prohibited items within the school premises without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
15.  Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend all scheduled parent-teacher meetings and school events to remain informed about their child’s progress.
16.  Transport services (if availed) are subject to availability and must be used responsibly by students. Any misuse or misconduct may result in withdrawal of the facility.
17.  In case of medical emergencies or accidents, the school will provide first aid and make every effort to contact parents immediately. Further medical care will be at the parents’ discretion and expense.
18.  Students are expected to respect school property. Any damage caused will be recovered from the student/parents as per actual cost.
19.  Transfer Certificates will be issued only after all dues are cleared and a written request is submitted by the parent/guardian.
20.  The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, in case of serious violations of school rules, misbehavior, or academic dishonesty.
